Hiring & Work Permit Support — Common Questions

Answers for international candidates considering a role with Cura Solace Healthcare, including how we support work permit and documentation requirements.

We actively recruit qualified physicians, nurses, and caregivers from outside the Netherlands and Canada for roles across both campuses. If your clinical background and credentials match an open position, your current country of residence is not a barrier to applying.

Yes. Once an offer is extended, every international hire is connected directly with our dedicated immigration partner to begin the work permit process. You won’t be left to navigate the paperwork on your own — our team stays involved from your first interview through your first day.

Our immigration and recruitment documentation is handled by Marcos Ortiz of Mo Immigration & Recruitment Services, our dedicated partner for international hiring. Marcos and his team work directly with incoming candidates to prepare, file, and track every document your work permit application requires, and stay available to answer questions throughout the process.

Typical requirements include a valid passport, proof of your professional qualifications (degree, license, or certification), a credential recognition or equivalency assessment where applicable, and a recent police clearance certificate. Mo Immigration & Recruitment Services will confirm the exact checklist for your role, country of origin, and destination campus.

Timelines vary by country, role, and how quickly supporting documents are gathered, so Marcos Ortiz’s team will give you a personalized estimate once your application is underway. As a general guide, most candidates can expect the process to take a few months from signed offer to approved permit — we’ll keep you updated at every stage.

Work permit guidance through Mo Immigration & Recruitment Services is provided as part of our hiring process for eligible international candidates, at no direct cost to you. If any government filing fees apply, our team will walk you through exactly what to expect before you commit to anything.
